Apologies! I did not get a photo of my strong, flavorful Americano this morning due to savoring every sip from start to finish. Only afterwards thinking oh damn, I didn’t get a photo. I’m always looking for coffee at 7 AM and this, so far, is the best I found open early in the Nimman area. Small patio in front perfect for sunny mornings.

One of the best-designed cafés in Chiang Mai with truly excellent coffee. The space is beautifully curated and thoughtfully detailed, and the location is perfect. The owner is incredibly sweet and welcoming. God is truly in the details here—don’t miss exploring their hotel right next to the café as well. A must-visit!

Something magical about this place because I was mysteriously pulled in while walking past the cafe. I knew it was going to be good as soon as I saw the design, the architecture, the old wood, and the coffee bar inside. I was immediately greeted by the manager who was very helpful and informative. I don't usually choose coffee bars, but this one is special. After 5 minutes of learning about their slow drip process and the different coffees they offered, I chose the Ethiopian bean. They take their time and bring you what you need to enjoy the coffee. The Ethiopian blend was amazing. Exactly as described. I drank it without any sugar or cream. I had to have the chocolate croissant. The seating is comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxing and great for meetings, couples, or by yourself. You don't hear a lot of street noise if you sit inside. I can tell that it would be fun to sit outside in the evenings when it's cooler and you can watch people walk by. I definitely found a great cafe and will come back. I highly recommend this place if you are picky about coffee and want to experience something different than your average coffee shop. The cost is worth the visit. You are paying for quality and ambience as well as for great service.
